Why does my car jerk from stop position then again at about 20mph?

Have tried getting it fixed seems no one knows wut their doing had trans. Filter changed was good for about a wk. Then started jerking again was told it was my motor mounts had those replaced still same thing also my battery has been cutting off and I barely bought it a few mo. Ago Battery light stays on in cluster gas guage/thermostat gauge not working either my a/c only blows cold air on psgr.Side
