a/c is not working

a/c that uses 134A refrigerant won't cool if freon is low or if it has too much. the system should be evacuated and recharged with the exact weight of freon for your car. also, we are assuming that the system was originally low on freon.....thereare many other reasons why the a/c would not get cold.
