They are the lines that carry trans fluid from the trans to the trans cooler at the radiator and back to the trans. Could be leaking at either end of each line from fittings or clamps or rubbed thru causing leaks from the body of the line. Causes fluid loss, low fluid hinders trans cooling and correct operation of trans hydraulic systems.
