Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! With crank-no-start issues on your 2004 Impala, where you've got good spark and fuel pressure, a missing injector pulse could be the culprit. If the injectors aren't firing, check the PCM (engine control module) and its grounds, as well as the wiring between the PCM and injectors. A bad PCM or wiring fault could disrupt the injector pulse. Also, verify the security system; it can prevent injector pulse if it's not disengaging properly.
