you can have this repaired for NO CHARGE at the dealership. We just had this done on our 2003 last week. This is a recall by General Motors.
what did you have replaced on your car??? What recall is it???? Please respond!!!
ignition switch and key was replaced. Any G.M. dealer can peerform the repair and because the recall affects so many cars, (and lawsuits), G.M. is going the "extra mile". I would NOT recommend going back to the same STEALERSHIP that you bought the replacement part from because they should have been curtious enough to tell you about the recall. call Groulx G.M. in monroe and ask for Bobby (the owner), or his son. mention a friend reccommended them. G.M. MAY even pay for towing your car to the dealership for this repair. call and talk to dealership and simply tell them you are having multiple ignition problems and ask about the towing bill etc...
Thanks so much, my daughter is grateful.
My pleasure. Glad I could help. Happy Hollidays.
