2004 impala slight hesitation on take off sometimes and sometimes engine stumbles on decell other than that runs great plenty of power and getting good gas milage tps iac igm fpr coils plugs wires and lower intake have been done when it does itt on highway with scan tool can watch rpms go from 800 to 400 back and forth
What makes this problem better or worse?

Based on the information provided and with the parts that were already replaced to either try and resolve this concern or replaced previously for other concerns, the hesitation on take off and deceleration in some cases can be caused by a dirty mass air flow sensor. The mass air flow sensor can become dirty over time to where it sends false signals to the engine computer and in turn this creates a hesitation issue as you have described. A vacuum leak in the engine can also cause this issue as well. There are other possible causes like a possible internal computer issue, the fuel pump acting up intermittently, etc. The best thing to do is to have it inspected/tested by a reputable repair facility that is able to look into this concern for you to pinpoint the issue if possible.
