I just changed transmission fluid and filter. Know it hard shifts

Sounds like the fluid had not been changed in some time and now it does not like the new fluid. The only thing to do is make sure transmission fluid level is full and hope for the best. Never a good ideal to change transmission fluid at high miles like that.
