Have a 2003 Chevy Impala only has 42500 miles on it.

What is your question?

The heater is not working properly. Takes 35 minutes or more to warm up and then barely works. The heater adjusters have no resistance at all therefore believe they are disconnected or worn out. What do you suggest or can it be something else? thank you..............
