The lower speeds don't come on at all. 3, 4, & 5 work fine but they are the highest speeds and don't always need that much air. No unusual noises at all.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing changes the problem

Hello, could be some kind of concern with a blower motor resistor or an automatic temperature control concern. Hands on testing will be needed to determine what area to focus on - so that you can see what is happening and determine the cause while it happens.
