why is my car leaking gas both when driving or sitting still. what's the cause?

the gas is leaking bad when both the car is running and park from the fuel line underneath the car as well as at the top of the vapor canister vent solenoid. i've replaced the fuel pump & sensor, the fuel line, the vapor canister vent solenoid and the gas tank and still having the same issue that has been going on since sometime in march
What makes this problem better or worse?
it's worse if we add gas to the car.
