This kind of estimate needs to be seen in person by your local body shop because of paint material laws vary from state to state and what exactly needs to be removed from the existing fender area and all of that effects the costs. But get a couple of estimates and ask what grade of clearcoat will be used as a chevy has a high quality clearcoat and a inferior grade will turn white in 2 years.
