Did I get a bad tune-up job?

I had a tune up done on my car about 3 wks agos and two days after tune up was done my check engine light came on. I took it to auto zone and they checked it and told me the message read that it was a misfire and to get my tune up checked. The light went off, but my car now takes a while before accelerating. When i speed up it will take a while before the car speeds up with my foot on the accelerator and it jerks a little every once in a while.
