Hello, there is either an engine performance concern, or a transmission performance concern. It will take troubleshooting with a proper diagnostic tool and shop manual reference materials to try and determine what is going on with your vehicle. A good diagnostic tool is better than a "code reader" - it can stream data from components and sensors and that information can be analyzed to determine what direction to look in. Unfortunately it is too difficult to guess without hands on testing.
