Cooling fans don't work

Check for power at the fans, and work backward from there, just because there is power at the relay does not mean it is really working.

Check the maxi fuses

my car is doing the same thing except my car wont shift gears either..but we have replaced the relays for both fans and checked all fuses but have no power getting to the fans at all..
