What is your question?
I have a 2000 Chevy Impala Ls. Recently I was making a repair and while doing so I disconnected the negative battery terminal. Upon completing the repair I reconnected the negative terminal and attempted to start the vehicle. To my surprise, I got nothing. No click, no crank. Also my horn and headlights no longer function. I then charged the battery to 92% and attempted to start it again with the same results. What do I do?? I checked fuses and relays and the all appear to be functioning properly.
How long has your 2000 Chevrolet Impala had this problem?

If you're not even getting any lights or horn, it's clear that there is no battery connectivity. There's a concern with a battery cable. What repair was performed when you disconnected the cable? I suppose a maxi-fuse could have been blown, but you said you checked them.
