Everytime i go over a bump in the road my front tires make a loud sqeeking noise

You may possibly have a bad shock, shock bearing, ball joint in control arm, or the sabilizer bushing may need to be lubricated. The stabilizer bushings sometimes make noise due to dry rubber rubbing aginst dry steel. It is not a common practice to lubricate the bushing but I have found a squeak nois caused by the bushing before.
