My car makes a clicking sound and i feel it when i step on the gas or brake

check wheel aliment and if doze it when you break its rolter

This is a severe condition. Drive as little as possible till corrected. With a severe 'wobble' in the tire I would suggest checking the ball joints and tire rod ends as these stabilize the tire and control steering. Also, make sure the lugnuts are tight and all wheel lugbolts are secure. As for the ticking, Try an oil detergent to quiet and clean lifters and see if it clears up and check the oil level. Something is causing a large misalignment and needs corrected.
