Reduce power light

It "runs fine" because the engine's processor is briefly reset and doesn't know to limit things based on problems detected because those problems have to surface again for the processor to know. Diagnostic testing needs to be done to know what is happening. Disconnecting the battery doesn't fix anything at all, and can make matters worse.
