Why would my ac stop working its like it's not getting any ground to it nore is at cooling fan that keep the engine cool

Hello, so you have checked for power at your air conditioning compressor wiring connector and have found there is none? And, you've checked for power at your cooling fan also with none there? I would be tracing back wires to the power sources to see what has failed. Only hands on, DVOM with wiring diagrams handy will be helpful to see what is happening. On the other hand, please ensure the theory you are referring to is accurate per the shop manual too. If none of this makes sense, seek professional local guidance.
