i have water in my engine and i need to drain it and get my crankshaft moving again

What is your question?

i went through a puddle and sucked seawater into my engine block through the exhuast pipe manifold and i need to know what i have to do in order to drain the water and get my car driving again, also the crankshaft moves a quarter inch both directions but thats it.

a lot more to it than that. there may be internal issues. drain the oil and filter, remove the plugs and crank the motor to get the water out of the cylinders and add oil to lubricate. if you have had it in the motor more than 24 hours, you may have ruined the motor. Roy
