What could cause Clicking and viberation from front passengers tire?

Hello, That sounds concerning, sorry you didn't receive a response yet. It is most likely a failed tie rod end, but may be a control arm bushing as well. I would doubt it would be a ball joint, unless the clicking is only bumps and turns, and a strut probably would not cause your steering wheel to gain play.
