Is it that your fan doesn't blow enough? Or that the control and temperature is wrong/unresponsive?
had the same problem, with mine. it was in the switch itself, somehow the piece melted and was interfering with the connection between the 2 parts. cleaned it up and it worked great.
you can feel air coming out of the vents but does not respond to the settings low -medium-hi
Sounds like a faulty blower motor resistor. Possibly the wiring connector at the resistor. Check there.
have taken the glove box down so where in the heck is the resistor located
I do not have an exploded diagram of this unit, but it is typically mounted on the plenum case near the blower motor itself.
found it. replaced resistor but still doesnt work on any settings.
Also carefully examine the plug on the resistor. Often times this wiring connector overheats and can damage terminals in the hard shell. I suppose if the wiring is OK that your blower motor could be unresponsive as well. Worth a test.
