What is your question?
Blower was installed kicked out randomly about a month in. Replaced the blower again and resistor no luck. When blower was working it never blowed cold hot heat but no cool air. The pressure gauge for the high side would never rise above zero. This is after finding and repairing all the leaks the system had in it.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! A fellow North Carolinian! We do need A/C in this miserable heat! Sounds like your HHR is giving you the cold shoulder – or rather, no cold air at all! Since your blower isn't responding and the high side pressure is stuck at zero, we have a couple of potential culprits. First, double-check that the AC compressor is engaging. If the compressor clutch isn’t kicking in, you’ll get no pressure buildup. Next, ensure your system has the correct amount of refrigerant – too little or too much can cause issues. Since you've fixed leaks, verifying that none of them have reopened might be a good idea. There is an A/C dye you can use to track leaks in the system. Finally, don't overlook electrical gremlins. The blower motor issue might be tied to a faulty relay, fuse, or even a wiring problem. Sometimes, a stubborn blower resistor can blow your fuse – literally. Check the blower's wiring harness. Those can go bad as well. Usually, the dealer will sell replacement harnesses. If you need more advice, have other questions, or need to find a certified repair shop in your area, just let me know!
