It hangs at a high rpm in second gear then slams into thrid?

it's most likely an internal problem like a (shift pressure) accumulator has failed. It needs to go to the shop for testing!.. It ain't diy!! Kick down or passing gear working ok??.. No problem when stopping and transmission down-shifts???
