1994 G20 Van passenger side power window regulator to be replaced with manual.
What is your question?
I would like to replace the passenger side power window/motor regulator with a manual regulator.
Is there a direct fit replacement? (1994 G20 Chevy Van)

IF you can find same vehicle in salvage yard and get ALL necessary parts it ‘might’ be doable - ‘IF’ your skill level and tools are adequate (?)
It would be a lot less expensive and a heck of a lot easier to just fix what is broken in existing door! ... I’ve done that job enough times over the years... Can have the *lift motor* out in about 15 minutes, or less - IF familiar with auto repair.
Good luck with it - whatever your endeavor!

Decided to take your advice.
Motor removal and replacement was easy after drilling 3 holes to access bolts
holding motor to regulator. The regulator itself was still good.
The Dorman replacement motor was $22. So all in all a good day especially
since the dealership wanted $400 for the job.
Thanks - PRH
I’m glad you got it fixed - not many people (DIYer’s) can do that repair these days - including a few ‘so called’ technicians! .... Drilling out the ‘dimpled marks’ on the door for bolt access is the key..
KUDOS to ya!
