Why won't the ac blower work on speed 2.

Yes. All other speeds work.

The blower resistor needs to be inspected for signs of heat, melted plastic or blackened terminals.. It is also possible the fan switch is the culprit.

It ended up being the resistor. Not sure were the resistor is located . The van was at the shop getting a front end alignment and they went ahead and replaced it.
