Check fuses first but, may need to replace the instrument cluster to fix the problem.
The plug in the back of three cluster is a really common problem in 2000 to 2007 Chevy, gmc,Cadillac, and all of the same family u may b able to fix it ur Self but if u don't want to deal with it u can find some one that fixes clusters for about 80 to 120 give it or take
I'd checked the fuses and relays and all are good, tried OBD but there was no power there
there is a fuse for the obd port.maybe the lighter OR POWER POINT fuse also, not sure on that one.either a fuse is blown or a wire in the back of the plug has came loose.to check the gauges to see if they will sweep,HOLD ODOMETER TRIP BUTTON IN,TURN SWITCH TO ON,WHEN THE TEST BEGIN,LET GO OF THE TRIP BUTTON,,YOU CAN FORWARD THROUGH THE TEST BY PUSHING THE TRIP BUTTON TO FORWARD EACH TEST.also if your stepper motors are bad on the cluster, there are several people on e-bay that repair them.you take it out, ship it to them, they repair with new upgraded stepper motors and any burned out bulbs, they ship it back to you.here is one of them,if you want to check it out.eBay item number:(250954576966)
