I've already replaced starter relay and blown fuses. Not I think there is something wrong with fuse block, i think there's a short in it since it keeps blowing the btsi/bu fuse.
So I was not getting any signal to the starter relay. I ordered a new fuse block from dealer that cost me a fortune. Now with it on I hear the starter relay click but still no start
‘IF’ the STARTER RELAY is actually engaging - TEST for battery voltage on small wire at starter solenoid while helper HOLDS key to start position .. ‘IF’ battery voltage is present - REPLACE STARTER!!
Also make SURE the **STARTER RELAY** is the relay that’s clicking when key is turned to START by feeling of the STARTER RELAY when helper turned key to start.
There are more relays that you may be *hearing* ..
Reply for more details.
There are TWO other possibilities..
Good luck!

You can find a witing schematic online - AutoZone .. Start diagnosing the NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH circuits.. That's the most common failure area.
Not unusual to discover shorted safety 'switch' OR wiring to the switch - which actually feeds the starter relay! Must test before parts replacement.
Should be able to jumper relay terminals to engage starter for testing purposes.

Be careful not to short large battery cable at solenoid.
Its got 12 volt in it light up the instrument like a christmas tree

That is not what I instructed you to do!
Yes I did that and it is the starter relay that''s clicking
Do the TEST I recommended previously - check for battery voltage at small wire at the solenoid..
Sorry, there's no power at the small wire
Find and repair open circuit (broken wire) from relay to starter.. This will require some extra effort and time as it is not an easy task. Good luck!
Key MUST BE turned and HELD to START position before any voltage will be present at small wire on solenoid.
Thank you for all the advice. I will let you know the outcome
