What is your question?
I have changed fuel filter, air filter, plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor x 2, ignition coil, cam shaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, and radiator. I am not showing correct temperature on the gauge but that is the only other issue. I have also changed the radiator and oil cooler lines. Any ideas?

You may need to do a compression test both static and running, you may also want to do a leak down test of each cylinder. those motors are known for cam shaft issues which can give you the P0300.
After the work you have done .. *CRANKSHAFT POSITION RELEARN PROCEDURE* must be performed.. Professional grade scanner & 'operator' required! .. Otherwise PO300 shall remain!!
Thank you
This 'should' help you understand WHY crankshaft variation relearn is required: http://www.cardone.com/techdocs/PT%2070-77-0003.pdf Good luck with it!
So the fix would be a new cam shaft?
