P0200 & P0300 intermittent misfire for months now its the whole bank 2468 help!

Thanks I have replaced the plugs & wires. Fuel filter is in the tank as far as I know. I just switched the coils to see if it would give me a different cylinder misfire.

So there is no other option then a 6K snap on scanner? Nothing to check? I saw someone else with the same exact problem & the only answer was need a scanner. Would be nice if people would answer there questions after they find out what the problem was.. Promise I will... I am thinking it's the ECM or the harness can't think of more possabilities.. Thank you all
