Does anyone know how to remove the covers on the seat belt height adjusters

What is your question?

Trying to install a bulk head and need to remove the side panels but the seatbelt height adjusters do no allow the upper trim panel to come off.

Now are you talking about the trim or the upper anchor bolt cover? I still need to know how to remove this cover without breaking the plastic tabs that hold it in place. This slides up and down by pressing the tab at the bottom, marked pull.to adjust the height.
