What is your question?
One year ago my fuel gauge worked perfectly, then ran out of gas at 1/4 tank, now at over 1/4 tank I ran out of gas. My vehicle does not keep running now. Can the fuel sensor keep my van from running. Fuel pump pressure running is 55, key on is about 59. I have 198,000 miles on my van. OBD 2 shows O troubleshooting codes.

most of the time when the fuel gauge quits working,it is the sending unit in the fuel tank, part of the fuel pump assembly, and must be replaced as the whole unit.the pump is still working,it's the float arm/switch,that has gone bad.have you put gas in it and it is starting now?does the fuel gauge stay on 1/4 when the key is off?
I have at least 4 gallons of gas, and the fuel gauge with the key off is just to the left of 3/4 but still touching. I ordered a electric in tank fuel pump with sender.
ok.you could have still used the pump that is in there now.if you get 400 miles to the tank full, just use your odometer trip button and when you have put 300 miles on it after filling up,you would have around 1/4 tank left.then go fill up again, reset trip, etc.but you ordered the whole module assembly,so it all will be new.i just replaced mine in a 2000 f150,took the bed off.it was the factory pump with the date stamped on it,7-24-2000.15 years and 303,226 miles on it.everyone around here wanted $500.00-$1000.00.i ordered one off e-bay for $30.00.good luck with your new pump.hope you ordered the correct one.there are 3 different ones they list for your van.
My vehicle does not run but four minutes, and dies, sometimes runs longer. I can't leave the carport area until fixed.
well the pump may be going out also.you need to put the fuel pressure test gauge back on it and watch the pressure when this happens,to see if the pressure drops alot.
I put the fuel pressure gauge back on, and let the vehicle run then shut the key off. Fuel pressure did not drop over several minutes.
have you put the new pump assembly in yet?
