Installed power inverter direct connect to battery. Accidentally touch ground and positive together. How do I fix this?

check main fuse,most likely blown,if you got lucky.see owners manual for location.
I see a 125 AMP mini-fuse but can't tell if it is blown? Other than that there is no "Main Fuse" listed specifically
you need to get someone with a volt meter to check this for you.or just start pulling fuses,one at a time.if the fuse is blown,it will be broken/burnt in the middle.meaning no power can flow thru it.google, what does a blown fuse look like in my car.
