no crank nostart

TEST all fuses with a test light,takes less than 5 minutes,also could be bad ignition switch(electrical part)....

You need to check for battery voltage on the small wire attached to the starter solenoid while key is being held in start position by a helper. IF no voltage > Possibilities - Failed ignition switch - Wiring problem in under hood fuse box - Range selection sensor (neutral safety switch) .... TESTING fuses IS good idea. Headlights will go out when key is turned to the start position no matter what! Good luck!
