recently had the fuse box panel changed.now every 50 -100 miles fuse #23 keeps blowing out

It most likely has something to do with whats on that circuit. If you don't have experience with working on the cars electrical system here is a link to find a good shop near you that can diagnose the issue. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
