Ran out of gas put gas in 5 gallons Has 60 pounds Of fuel pressure when crankn

I wonder if it has the 4.3L V/6 engine under the hood? .. Tell ya what it could very well be .. It didn't actually run out of gas, instead there is another problem and it is most likely in the ignition system - reckon? .. Have you checked for ignition spark? .. Now there's different ignition and fuel systems on the V/6 and the V/8 so need to know which engine we working on!

Hi there: Sounds like you tested fuel pressure and thats about the right PSI. There could problems with injectors or your ignition system or possibly a mechanical problem. Best thing to do is have an ASE certified specialist look at it they have the knowledge and right tools so that you don't throw parts at this vehicle and get to the problem quickly.
