What is your question?
I took it to body shop they replaced the motor. When it works it goes smoothly. Still once or so it stops someplace up or down. The passenger side window always works well.
What makes this problem better or worse?
The same always.
How long has your 2002 Chevrolet Express 1500 had this problem?
A month.

When window becomes inoperative - open drivers door and wiggle test (push - pull - twist) the rubber wire loom near door hinges while engaging window switch at same time - IF window motor responds - culprit is intermittent open circuit in wiring harness inside wire loom. Many times wiring can actually make contact only to loose that contact depending on position of said wiring .... Testing is the only way to prove what is failing!
Hello, check the window glass runs to ensure there are no restrictions and that they are lubricated sufficiently. If they bind at all, it can cause the motors to stop. Additionally, have the wiring checked to ensure full connectivity and no damage to the connectors. The body shop should be rechecking this for free...
