What is your question?
3 of my 4 rims get extremely hot after driving 15 minutes. Everything has been replaced brakes drums rotors master cylinder brake booster ABS module with proportion valve and a few other things that have to do with the brakes and my rims still get extremely hot.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Have an experienced mechanic test drive the van to determine if brakes are actually dragging or it’s operator error.. The wheels will naturally be ‘hot’ to the touch after driving - especially if frequent braking is applicable OR required..
