why wont it crank after battery has been replaced?

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. I apologize, I do not know what it means by "turns over, but still won't fully crank". If the engine is cranking, it's cranking. If it's not, it's not. Please help describe better what the vehicle is doing. What was the vehicle doing when then battery was found to be a problem?
