Hello, I am not familiar with a "RepairPal warranty". I believe if the vehicle was purchased from CARMAX, there is a CARMAX warranty that could have been purchased. Typically these policies do not cover tires. However, every policy has it's own terms and conditions. Ask your client to share a copy of her policy that would have been given at the time of purchase.
