What is your question?
There is not set time. It could go a few hours to a few days to a few weeks to a few months. Very random. On going for 22 months of my ownership. I am told dealership can not make it duplicate therefore it is considered “to factory standard”. Yesterday it would not start
What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2015 Chevrolet Equinox had this problem?
Since I purchased it. Past 22 months. Dealership says when they drive it it does not have any problems so they consider the car “to factory standard”

Hi, this is Dusty; I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Equinox; it is a frustrating experience. Diagnosing intermittent issues is more tedious when the vehicle isn't acting up. The P0700 is an informational DTC, which is similar to a notification on your mobile device. Think, 'Hey, check me,' but only in this case is it saying, 'Hey, check (the corresponding module here).' The P2544 can result in poor shift quality, but based on the information I have, it's hard to say. The U faults are communication errors that could be caused by something as simple as a dead battery or something more complicated like a broken wire, causing intermittent communication issues. Depending on the symptoms your vehicle is exhibiting, a second opinion from a shop that specializes in advanced diagnostics may be just the thing.
