when I turn my car off and get out etc I can go back in 15 minutes later and the power for the radio is still on? If I leave it like that it drains my battery dead

Hello, sounds like there may be a concern where the vehicle is not seeing the driver open the driver door. The sensor at the driver's door can corrode or become a concern.
