The digital speedometer doesn't show no more. It just happened this morning

It was working yesterday but when I turned on my car this morning after work. I noticed it wasn't working, I pushed the menu button to see if that was the problem. But it didn't show nothing and I pushed it again and it went to options. And it showed percentage for oil n tire pressure
