My radio panel and air / heat controls don't light up or work.

Hello, This is likely caused by a wiring issue, but depending on the arrangement of the components it could be an internal issue to a single component or control module. In either case you will need to have the issue diagnosed, and contacting GM about the issue may shed light on the situation. Also, ask about a recall. There may be one.
