What is your question?

How do I fully charge the battery and how do I know if it's fully charged? To get to any shop I have to take an interstate and I don't want to get stranded on the side of a highway in the sunshine when it's 92 degrees. I don't have a cell phone! This question is in response to an earlier question I asked.

If you're asking this question, you really need to seek professional guidance. A battery charger must be acquired and hooked up to the vehicle. Battery testing requires proper tooling and should be performed prior to charging, so you don't risk, as you say, breaking down and getting stranded.
