Replaced pump. Check valves tubes are clear light still comes on

Assuming you are referring to the 2.4L engine, General Motors has a published service bulletin which states that this code could possible come from debris clogging the secondary air injection ports and passages in the cylinder head. This restriction of air flow can cause the code to set. I would recommend getting a shop manual for further guidance, or seeking the advice of a skilled tech near you for assistance.
