Vehicle intermittently won't start unles jumped.

What is your question?

Recently had it in a repair shop for a module that failed in ref. to a code of P2099. Is it related to the repair. I do have almost 90,000 miles and I start and stop the vehicle about 20 times a day. Is it related to an ignition switch. Mechanic says battery is fine.
