How do you get the ABS and traction lights off

What is your question?

I've replaced all four wheel speed sensors and the front right when I have done twice the code was c0040 and it's still there even after I replaced it I'm wondering what the issue is. When starting the car there's a slight lag from like 7 to 8 mph the lights all go off like the traction control and abs go off and then it flashes dings says 4 wheel drive is off and we need to service Stabilitrak after that there's no issue with speed or anything like that until we shut the car off and turn it back on

What makes this problem better or worse?

Getting up to about 18 mph seems to rectify the issue until we turn the car off amd back on again
