Warning says turn off a/c engines yo hot but temperture gadge does not move

As we say on here often: Testing is required. There's no niche for this or common failure -- you just have to have the vehicle professionally tested. Engine temperature needs to be monitored (with a diagnostic tool), system operations of various kinds need to be monitored. And then, the system that displays that message needs to have troubleshooting done if all else is working well. Good luck.
