What is your question?
I paid cash (all I had left from a settlement) for a certified pre-owned, dirty, black, 2008 Chevrolet Equinox on July 4, 2013 with 68,892 miles on it from a dealership in Baton Rouge, LA There was no possible way to see the bubbles and they hadn't had it washed because it was a holiday so no one would be there until the week after the 4th of July. Within about a year the paint began to fly off in sheets, patches and is flaking all over the same areas on both sides. What can I do to get it painted correctly. No one at the dealership or GM have been helpful and I don't know what to do next.
